EVIDENCED · BOUNDED · TRANSPARENT
What is actually supported — and what is not yet?
We separate what has been observed, what has been technically checked and what still needs a real customer baseline. That keeps proof useful without turning technical capability into a customer-success claim.
How a technical claim earns its place.
A claim is not proof. Evidence must be connected to an observed scope, its qualification and its limits. Unknown and unmeasured outcomes remain visible.
What the domain map proves — and what it does not
A named domain first describes a modeled direction. A registry or specification does not automatically establish an operational production feature.
- Specified: Structure, semantics and boundaries are defined.
- Qualified: A specific capability has been tested against stated requirements.
- Observed in production: Operation and outcomes have been evidenced within the relevant scope.
Reuse does not replace renewed qualification when scope, law, data or risk change.
A production candidate is not production authorization
The Accounting & Tax evidence uses the label FINAL_PRODUCTION_CANDIDATE. Its production preconditions also state authority=false and PENDING_HOST_VALIDATION. This identifies a candidate stage — not approved host operation or evidence of production tax submission.
Cross-domain reuse must not cross that authority boundary.
Zero Trust: What must be verifiable
A traceable decision requires an evidenced chain within its defined scope.
- Source: Origin, time and integrity of captured inputs.
- Semantics: Patterns, grammar, specs and rule versions used.
- Authority: Which action was permitted in which scope?
- State: What observed state applied when the decision was made?
- Outcome: What was executed and subsequently reobserved?
Missing evidence, contradictions and unobserved events remain explicit. A complete internal processing history does not guarantee complete knowledge of the outside world.
CHANGE · OBSERVED
The change path has been exercised in practice.
We already evolve our own running public system through bounded changes that are checked before application and reobserved afterwards.
That shows the delivery path itself is real. It does not mean every possible change is automatically safe or useful in a customer environment; that still depends on the specific system, constraints and target.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR A CUSTOMER
We can show technical capability. We do not invent business outcomes.
Working technical paths
We have checked examples across software replacement, system integration, documents, communication and machine-assisted workflows.
Clear boundaries
A technical PASS is not presented as ROI, saved hours, delivery speed or a customer reference unless that outcome was actually measured.
Unknown stays visible
If a result has not yet been observed in the relevant environment, we keep that limitation explicit instead of filling the gap with a plausible claim.
Measured customer outcomes
No public customer outcome with a bound baseline, measurement window and observed economic result is published yet. We do not invent that proof.
The first real project can therefore start with a measurable target and an agreed baseline, so later evidence can show what actually changed.
AI WITH EVIDENCE BOUNDARIES
A plausible answer is not the same thing as an observed result.
AI can help us understand, compare and build faster, but model output alone does not become system truth. Results are checked against the relevant reality before they are treated as evidence.
TECHNICAL DEPTH
Need the technical evidence?
The complete technical view remains available separately, including current Factory-bound capability, receipts, qualification boundaries, provenance and verification mechanics.

You do not need to prepare a solution brief. Problem, context and the result you want are enough to start.
